At the outset, I want to affirm that you can be whatever you want. I acknowledge your right and am happy you can think and be freely. However, just for fun — a few questions: Most super heroes have at best a gender opposite who is a completely different character. Should they now have a gender portfolio instead? Would a gender fluid hero have appeal?

If you will forgive me for the heinous superhero name alterations in the title, lets crack on and examine. Along with super powers, we have been sold superheroes who embody the sex appeal of their genders. Wouldn’t it be a bitch if Kal El … er Superman decides to switch genders at will? Superthem or Superbitch? Batwoman never had the menace of the Batman. Maybe that was never intended and Batwoman was really only meant to be Catwoman Sexy Claws. Could Batman retain his menace while doing a hip wagging sexy cat walk? Would Wonder Woman’s truth lasso work if her name was Wonderwhatever?

Oooh. What if Thor could summon his period cup? No not his period. The cup. Isn’t Mjolnir actually Norse for period cup?

Ok Ok, superheroes are fictional and if they were going to be genderfluid, someone would have to dream up completely new heroes with super powers that somehow both…
